Our Systems

Peters Marketing Research has designed and continues to enhance the most efficient and leading edge interviewing and screening software system available.

Conceived and developed completely in-house and totally integrated with our phone system, databases and internal computer network, it allows for successful projects — even those of extremely small incidences.

Programmed questionnaires, computer selected, monitored and implemented dialing, and by far the largest (and daily monitored) database in the St. Louis region ensures project success.

The interviewing system ensures interviewing and screening accuracy and virtually eliminates the potential for contact or interviewer bias.

A wide variety of contact methods include phone calling, voice mail, e-mail and on-line questionnaires can all be integrated to our chosen sample, whether it be our database, client provided lists or other sources.

The system is, of course, implemented by experienced project managers and interviewers who provide dedicated attention to the details of your project.

We maintain the most complete and updated consumer database.

PMR maintains a consumer database consisting of all key socio-economic/socio-graphic data on over 26,000 families.

Updated and monitored daily, our database systems allow us to profile and select desired respondent groups. You are assured of having accurately and efficiently screened groups and quantitative projects.

We maintain a complete respondent history and adhere to strict eligibility requirements so you'll not hear from the same respondent twice unless you want to.

We offer comprehensive medical interviewing experience.

In St. Louis, PMR maintains a proprietary medical database. Our database includes full professional history, interviewing history and professional status on state-licensed doctors in both the metro and surrounding county areas.

The database is constantly monitored through both routine usage and semi-annual updates with the state medical board.

Combining these databases, with our sophisticated in-house developed software, yields the most accurate, efficient and timely interviewing and screening available in St. Louis.

Whether it is national telephone interviewing, interview set-ups or teleconference set-up throughout the United States, we can react quickly to your needs.

Our complete medical database contains more than just physicians.

The St. Louis local medical database has over 4000 doctors and 1300+ medical professionals.

All medical personnel are categorized into one of 120 specific classifications recognized by Missouri's Department of Health and Services. In order to keep our database current, we update it semi-annually by contacting the Missouri state licensing agency.

Our medical recruiters have many years of experience recruiting doctors, nurses and all types of medical personnel. Our recruiters have an excellent rapport with the doctors and their staff, making last minute projects successful possibilities.

We recruit medical professionals to participate in personal interviews, group discussions, teleconferences, telephone interviews and Internet studies both locally in St. Louis and nationally.

The growing St. Louis market is a great place for a medical research experience. St. Louis is home to two of the country's most prominent medical universities - Washington University and St. Louis University. These boast two leading cancer research hospitals, cardiac care, children's hospitals and neo-natal intensive care units.

Peters Marketing Research also employs its medical interviewing staff and skills on national medical studies. Respondents are gathered via your lists or our database, again employing a variety of interviewing and contact methods.
